Children's eye clinic Eyekido.

Materials.

Wood chips. Sprayed MDF board. Unilin. Perforated sheet. Glass. Smile Plastics.

Location

Bratislava. Spinnery 1900.

OUR APPROACH.

The eye clinic for children is located in the same space of the historic building as Optika Zita. Access to the project had to be adapted to a child visitor. The architectural design was inspired by Japanese style, which was reflected in the use of a colored grid on the examination room boxes and atypical openings in the walls.

A table in the style of a Swedish box or a counter with a cash register, which we created from cubes of Smile plastics recycled material, became a distinctive element.

Each element is not only unique and playful in design, but also functional, and cleverly hides cabinets, drawers and other storage spaces.
